RP5450 - System Clock fault


Since restarting our HP RP5450 server the system clock is now running fast and gains approx 10 seconds every minute. Is this most likely a system bd fault or is it just the cmos battery?

I'm not sure if it is suppose to be that fast but the typical solution is a NTP server:

Was looking for confirmation that either the system bd or the cmos battery needs changing.
