Rp5470 will not power up, need help

The error message is "HW/FW mismatch"

power monitor card display
hw error is red
sw error is red
heart beat is flash
power on is green

HP: maybe someting wrong with power monitor \ power convert \system board.

how can I deal with this thing?

hi,

connect to the MP/GSP with a serial cable,

and check the status, of power... all parts of server.

or call to HP support.

Looks like the problem is with the platform monitor card. Replacing it with a compatible one would resolve the problem.
