enable process in rp3440
i hv seen one of my processor in deconfigured state on rp3440.i suspect somebody might have disabled this processor due to oracle license issue...how to enable this processor(hpux 11.11)..i hv tried CPU 1 ON from pdc menu ,but still not working

Reboot the server and interrupt the boot process to access the Main Menu prompt.
Menu> co cpu
Note the cpu id and then
Menu> co cpu
reboot the machine.

Understood from old support engineer that ,customer has purchased the license key to activate the second processor ...i dont know where it is now and systems are out of support ..is it a paper license ?...if yes,how to activate the processor core ?
