I have 9000/800/rp4440 PA-RISC server how to find single core or dual core procesoor in hp-ux

You have either PA8800 or PA8900 processors - all are always dual core.

I run the below command

echo "selclass qualifier cpu;info;wait;infolog" | cstm > /tmp/cpuinfo

but how can i have find dual core or single core from the output

You can see in the output 2 cpus are in the same slot.


However, you have dual cores!!!

hi,

if you have a MP/GSP access them go ==>

cm ==> df ==> you will get the FRU information for the CPU

example :

DF

To dump all available FRU information without any paging, use
the command line interface: DF -ALL -NC


Display FRU Information Menu:
S - Specific FRU
A - All available FRUs
V - Display Mode: Text

Enter menu item or [Q] to Quit: S
