micron memory error in rp3440

We have a rp3440 server with 8 GB of RAM in 8 slots of memory of the 12 that have this model. We recently bought a 4GB memory kit memory micron mark on Ebay.
The exactly model memory is micron MT36VDDT12872G-265B2 PC2100R-25330-Z, and according to the vendor is compatible with HP A9774A kit.
Yesterday we tried to install the new four modules and restart the system gave a general error. When removing the memory the system works well.
Please help!!!

Don't know what error you get, but sounds like these modules don't work.

I get error when system was doing memory test. Is it possible error due to system firmware?

I don't have exactly error. When I boot the system after check disks, the red light is lit, and I can see in the event logs of MP memory test error

That is not very useful at all. Did the machine power on? Did it pass all the self tests? What was the actual error message? I am going to guess that the system never passed self test.

Apparently not. Get your money back.
