Re: rp8400 not booting giving error message

Hi Ajin ├в ┬ж.

These are the important readings in the Logs as u have posted.

The first para listedhere shows an HPMC that is High Priority Machine heck for the system due to the Deconfig of the boot Processor.

This para shows that boot LIF bad Magic that is the system is nt able to get the proper LIF from the specified path and also that in that event this goes to the BCH.

Here u can see that the PCI Backplane power is going off anf IODC Entry the System is not able to read.

I can suggest u as to log a case immediately with HP as a hardware problem as there seems to a prob with the Boot processor that is getting deconfigured and also the cell also that might be leading to the PCI Backplane behaving abnormally.

Might be they will be more able to exactly pin-point the problem as that is the Boot CPU and/or the IO Backplane.

Meanwhile if u can access the BCH and go to the Information Menu and also see the Processor, memory and the IO devices listings as they are OK or not.

But need to log a hardware case immediately with HP is suggested.
