looks like cell2 has a problem? reported by the other two cells?

what does the ps say for cell 2? you have 3 cells installed but only output for 2

Your system is signaling a fault in CPU 0 of all the cells 0, 1 and 2.

If I understand this message correctly, there might also be a problem with one of the Voltage Regulator Modules:

Open a hardware support call. The messages suggest you have at least one failed hardware component, possibly more than one.
