i have HP 9000 rp7420 Server Product Number(AB205A)with hp-ux 11iv1 i want to upgrade this server, but i dont know how i can do that like the maximum memory and CPU and internal storage etc...
any help please

Not really. The document is about rp7410 and rp7420.
Read Configuration section:
You can find out the memory options, Supported I/O Cards, Internal Disk Drive, Supported Processors for both rp7410 and rp7420.

From the very same document, you can find out this:
Without adding another cell, you can add 4 more processors (resulting a total of 16 cores). If you have PA-RISC processors, then you must install only PA-RISC processors.
The maximum memory without the second cell board is 64 GB per cell board.
In the memory configuration section you could find listed the available memory p/n.

You have available both 10k and 15k HDD, up to 300G. P/n you can take from the specified table.
