Please would someone know where I can find the following refereces

HP-UX 11.00 -> HP-UX 11.11 main differences

HP-UX C/ANSI (on HP-UX 11.11) references or differences between C/ANSI (HP-UX 11.00 - HP-UX 11.11)

You can also find release notes under /usr/shared/doc/ in ur system.

Here are some highlights I found as well...

11i uses Operating Environments so software management is easier.
It supports partitioning (npars and vpars).
It has added hardware support (superdomes, rp series)
It has added security features
Supports Veritas Volume Manager - VxVM
Better kernel memory allocation (arena allocator)
It supports more dynamically tunable kernel parameters.
Unix, the other white meat.
