HI:

You must have a valid ITRC support contract to be able to access the Software Recovery handbook.

If you do, on the ITRC main page, choose: "Navigate Knowledge Trees" -> "HP-UX Software Recovery Handbook". The chapters are in PDF format so you can download and save them for you *personal* use (see its Terms of Use!).
