11.00.에서 11i의 디스크를 보는방법

11i의 시스템에서 사용하던 Disk1(vxfs filesystem)을

불가피하게 11.00의 시스템으로 옮겨서 사용하려합니다

그런데 vxfs-version의 문제로 mount되지 않는군요..

mount하면 다음과 같이 message가 뜹니다

#mount -a

mount - unrecognized vxfs version number



방법이 없을까요? Disk1에 data가 많아서요...

답변 좀 부탁드리겠읍니다

JFS 3.3 을 인스톨하면 된답니다..^^

RESOLUTION



Use the fstyp command to identify the version number of the filesystem:



# hostname:/>fstyp -v /dev/dbvg02/lv_opt_iplanet

vxfs

version: 4

f_bsize: 8192

f_frsize: 1024

f_blocks: 1048576

f_bfree: 364619

f_bavail: 342087



NOTE: Vxfs version 4 filesystems can only be used on systems with JFS

3.3 or later installed. JFS 3.3 is the default on HP-UX 11i but it is an

optional product on HP-UX 11.0, and can be found on the Application CDs. After

installing JFS 3.3 on this 11.0 system, the filesystem mounted correctly.

기존에 사용하던 disk를 hpux11.00 verison의 system에 interface하기 위해선 물론 vgexport 한후에 vgimport해야 합니다.



mount -a를 하지 마시구요...



만약 vgimport를 했다면 logical volume들이 보일것입니다.



# mount /dev/vg05/lvol1 /aaa



이런식으로 하여 보시기 바랍니다.

물론 vgimport/vgexport에 관련된 작업은 다했읍니다

혹시나 해서 fsck까지 다 했구요...

만약 JFS.3.3.은 따로 codeword없이도 설치가능한지 모르겠군요

Advanced JFS filesystem은 필요없겠지요?

다시 작업을 해봐야겠읍니다
