EMS 이벤트 관련입니다.
안녕하십니까 현재 rp8420 장비 운용중 아래와 같은 EMS메시지를
확인하게 되었습니다. 조치할 수 있는 방법이 어떤것들이 있는지
확인하고 싶습니다.

Description of Error:
An attempt by the operating system to log a chassis code failed.
Probable Cause / Recommended Action:
Communications between the processor dependent code (PDC) and the service
processor has failed.
Verify service processor operation. Enter chassis log manually with
service processor commands.

An attempt by the operating system (OS) to do a chassis log write function
failed.
The chassis code that the OS was trying to write was:
Encoded chassis code: 0x78e008041100f000
Data field: 0x0000000200000002
The processor dependent code returned the status -5. Possible status values:
-1 = Unimplemented procedure.
-2 = Nonexistent Option.
-3 = Call completed with error.
-10 = Invalid argument.
확인하게 되었습니다. 조치할 수 있는 방법이 어떤것들이 있는지

RP8420이라면 HP에서 직접 지원하는model인것으로 알고 있는데
문의 해 보시면 좋을듯합니다.
잘은 모르겠으나 이와 관련된 이슈가 RP8420에 있네요.
This issue will be addressed in new PDHC firmware that is part of the upcoming
firmware release.
Until the Firmware is available, you can recover from the WATCHDOG Reset and
get the OS talking to the MP again by doing the following...
(This is safe to do with the partition up and running)
- Connect to the MP
- go into "cm"
- reset the utility interface to the core cell of the partition using the "ru"
command.
Here is an example where Cell-0 is the core cell:
MP:CM> ru
This command resets the selected MP bus device.
B - BPS (Bulk Power Supply)
A - PACI (Partition Console Interface)
G - MP (Management Processor)
H - PDHC (Cell Board Controller)
Select device: h
Enter cell number: 0
Do you want to reset the Cell PDH Controller Slot 0? (Y/) y
-> The selected MP bus device will be reset.
