MP및 BMC firmware 관련 질문입니다.

장비는 rx2620 이고여

s700_800 11.23 rx2620 System, BMC & iLO MP Firmware Patch

이버전이 최신 패치라 설치를 하려고하는데요

MP FW : E.02.26

BMC FW : 03.47

EFI FW : 03.14

System FW : 03.17



장비의 버전은 위와같이 되는데 최신패치를 하려면 MP버전이 최소 2.29 이상이 되어야 한다고 로그가 나오면서 실패를 합니다. 우선궁금한것은 패치를 할때 순서적으로 2.29 로 올려주고 또 다른버전을 올려주고 하는것인지 아니면 최신패치로 한번에 할수 있는 방법은 없는지요



다음궁금한것은 제가 MP 를 2.29 로업데이트하려니깐



If you wish to install PHSS_30680 even though it does not

apply, you can force the installation of the patch by

touching the file '/tmp/force_patch_install' before

installing the patch. This may be useful when creating

a 'golden' archive image for Ignite-UX that may be used

on several different hardware platforms. Even though

the installation of PHSS_30680 can be forced, the MP

firmware will not be modified since it does not apply to

this hardware model.



이런 로그가 나오면서 실패하였습니다 방법은 depot 으로 온라인상 사용하는 방법을 사용했고여 적용되지 않는다면 다른 방법으로 업그레이드하는 방법이 있는지 궁금합니다.

예전에 rx4640장비가 2.26이어서 패치로는 Firmware 업데이트가 안되더군요. 그래서 저는 2.29로 먼저 올리고 패치를 적용하였습니다.



2.29로 업데이트는 MP lan 을 설정하고 노트북을 ftp서버로 설정하여

진행하였습니다.
