SD관련 EMS분석 요청

안녕하세요.. EMS로그 분석을 부탁드립니다.



보통 어떤때 이런 로그가 발생하는지



조치는 나와있는데로 하나씩 교체 테스트 해야 하는지



아니면 Firmware관련 문제지 부탁드립니다.

Problem Description:

The cell controller (CC) chip has detected and corrected multiple errors in data transferred to it from the I/O bus adapter (REO) chip to which it is connected.

Cause / Action:

The inbound I/O link cable is unreliable. Contact your HP support representative to check the inbound I/O link cable.

There may be a problem with the CC chip or cell board. Contact your HP support representative to check the cell board.

There may be a problem with the I/O backplane. Contact your HP support representative to check the I/O backplane.

Automated Recovery: None

Event Generation Threshold: 3 occurrences within 24 hours

사용하시는 시스템이 슈퍼돔이신듯한데 에치피 엔지니어 콜해서 조치를 하세요.

나와있는 내용대로라면,

1. 셀보드 불량

2. I/O 백플레인과 연결되는 광케이블불량

이 둘 중 하나일것 같습니다. 테스트 후, 교체를 하세요.



멀티비트에러가 발생하는것으로 봐서 방치하면 시스템 panic등의 심각한 문제를 일으킬 소지가 있습니다.



그래도 SD32라 케비넷이 한개니 테스트 항목이 줄지 안을까요..??



정확한 내용은 HP에 log분석을 의뢰하셔야 할듯 합니다.
