dt데몬만 뜨면 삼회씩 삐 쏘리가 반복됩니다.(어래이에서소리납니다)

k class 에서 console 로그인을 안하면 삼회씩 삐 소리가 나는데..



어레이에서 나는건 좀 이상하네요~



로그인하면 소리가 없어지구요~



savemail panic 은



To solve the problem check permissions and ownerships on /var/mail



drwxrwxr-x 2 bin mail



and on the single mailboxes, e.g. root /var/mail/root and user /var/mail/user



-rw-rw---- 1 root mail /var/mail/root

-rw-rw---- 1 user mail /var/mail/user



Furthermore allow savemail to write to $HOME/dead.letter and /var/tmp/dead.letter: Set permissions to 777.

어떤 array를 사용하는지 모르겠지만 array command로 array상태를 확인하시구요..



savemail panic은 sendmail 과 관련된장애입니다.



sendmail version을 확인하시구요

sendmail 설정 관련 file을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

K와 같이 같은 rack에 있는 걸로 봐서는 NIKE Array 인 것 같은데

dt 데몬과 어레이와 소리의 연관성이 없을 것 같습니다.



save mail은 다음과 같은 내용으로 해결 할 수 있을까 생각 합니다.



SaveMail panic. Cannot save rejected mail anywhere.



Usually this problem is caused by a permissions problem on

/var/tmp/dead.letter, where the permissions are 600, rather than 660

with root owner, group mail. So, I changed those permissions.



I stopped and started sendmail with this command:



/sbin/init.d/sendmail stop/start



Then I used this command:



sendmail -v root@boxname



I still got the savemail panic error, but without the permission

denied.



What could be causing this problem?



Solution



A bdf shows that /var has 0% available, although there are no error

messages about a full file system.



Solve the problem by creating space in /var.
