error log(disk fault) 관련 문의 드립니다.

event.log에 다음과 같은 log가 발생하였습니다. disk fault라고 나오는데 vgdisplay,lvdisplay,pvdisplay로 해당 disk를 확인 하였지만 stale은 없었습니다.
무엇이 문제이고 해결방안이 무엇인지 알고싶습니다.

0/0/4/1/0/4/0.8.0.255.0.1.0 path이면 PCI-X slot 6번인데 card에 연결된 HW가 무었인가요?
로그를 보니 IO 모듈이 fault라고 나오는데..
disk IO 모듈문제 있어서 나오는 메세지 같은데요..

안녕하세요.

디스크는 정상인데 event.log에 에러로그가 발생하면
우선 Onlinediag 버전을 높이시면 될듯합니다.

저도 유사한 경험이 있어서 답글 달아봅니다..^^
해당 패스를 확인 하셨을때 disk encloser box 부분인데
육안으로 점검해도 이상은 없고..
일단
PHSS_37742 이 패치가 적용 되어 있는지 확인.
적용되어 있다면 STM version upgrade.
업그레이드 했는데도 발생하면 디스크 교체..
순서로 가시게 될듯 하네요..^^
저는 디스크 교체하고 해결 되었습니다..
