patch 설치시 에러 발생

11.23 OS 재 설치 후 qpkapp qpkbase feature 그리고 몇가지 patch를 bundle로 묶어서 설치 도중 postinstall 시 에러가 발생했습니다. 에러 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

ERROR: The hard link /usr/sbin/nomwcsyncd on /usr/sbin/lvchange

cannot be created. The installation cannot continue. Recover

by installing a valid LVM command patch.

ERROR: The "postinstall" script for "PHCO_38717" failed (exit code

강제로 지우려면 어떻게 해야 할까요?
