swpackage 할때 Multiple tape이라는 메시지가 나옵니다.

패치를 다운받아서 번들로 묶고자

swpackage -s /소스디렉토리 -x target_type=tape @ /생성될 디렉토리/abc.depot

이렇게 코멘드를 주고 했습니다. 패키지하던 중간에 다음과 같은 메시지를 남기더군요



* Beginning Tapemaker Phase.

* Copying the temporary depot to the tape "/DB/test.depot".

* Calculating the tape blocks required to copy the temporary

depot to the tape "/DB/test.depot".

NOTE: The temporary depot requires 1312890 Kbytes, which exceeds the

capacity of the tape "/DB/test.depot" (1298828 Kbytes).

Multiple tapes are necessary.

* Modifying the temporary depot to divide the software

selections across multiple tapes.

NOTE: The temporary depot requires 2 tapes.

* Writing the tape "/DB/test.depot" (tape 1 of 2).



용량이 크기때문에 테입을 2개를 사용한다고 나오는듯 했습니다.

그리고 나서 또 중간에 이런 메시지가 나왔습니다.



* Tape #1: CRC-32 checksum & size: 3407375681 1372037120



To continue with the next tape, enter one of the following responses:

return Use the same device.

pathname Use the new device/file "pathname".

"quit" Terminate the write-to-tape operation.



이상황에서 return을 누르면 첫번째 테입으로 만들어진 파일을

덮어쓰기되어 return누른 후 만들어진것으로 대체됩니다.



pathname 을 누르면 다른 패쓰를 지정하라고 뜨고요...



.depot 이란 파일로 만들어서 패치를 해야하는데.. 위와같은 상황으로

만들어진다면 .depot파일이 2개가 생성됩니다.

2개의 파일로 패치가 가능할지 모르겠군요..

저는 멀티테입사용 안하고 1개의 파일로 생성하고 싶습니다.
