How do I change the IP address on the HP979-DTC server attached to my HP3000? Thanks!

Hello Scott,

Normally, the DTC IP address is not set when the DTC is used by the 3000 (it finds the DTC by nodename), but you can set/change the IP in NMMGR's DTC configuration screen (field label: DTC IP Address).
A problem well defined is half solved.

Hi Scott,

Additional note to Eric's one: if your DTCs are managed by a PC running OpenView DTCMGR software, then the DTCs IP address is changed within the DTCMGR software, and not on the e3000 server.
