Console messages ( recall , reply )

We have just put in an N4000 and operator intervention messages that need replied to are not being displayed on the console. Any ideas

Setmsg may be disabled. At the prompt type "setmsg on".

Also, type CONSOLE and see where your logical console is.

Sorry folks, setmsg is on and console is at 20.
I am thinking it is some logging setting in NMMGR but am not familiar enough with subsystem class logging, yet....

Ok...if your run EasyTime, console messages by default are turned off to the console. They must be enabled to go to EasyTime and console. Sounds kind of hokey to me, but hey, that's just my opinion...thx everybody for your help...

BTW have you checked to see that REMOTE MODE has an asterisk beside it and that you can type in commands from the console?

As an aside, here is our logging setup, but you will find it in SYSGEN, not NMMGR
