HPe3000 power utilization & btu output

Does anyone know if there is a place to get information about how much power an HPe3000 takes and how much heat is generated by it. We are in the process of redesigning our data center and I need to get this information for existing equiment that we have to make sure we have enought power and cooling capacity.

You don't mention the model(s).

Your CE should know but if you don't have one...well.

If it is a supported model, you should be able to get that information from http://docs.hp.com. Sales literature might be more helpful for power & heat specs. Search for your model on the HP website.

Other sources are 3rd party support companies but it may cost.

It would be helpful if you can tell what is serie of HP3000 server.

We have a 997 model. I don't know all the details of what the specifics of the model are, but we are going to ask our CE to see if he can help.

Typical power dissipation: 2,000 Watts
Max. power dissipation : 4,020 watts or 13,700 BTU/hr
KVA rating for UPS loading: 4.1
