Rack mountings for DTC72MX

I want to rack mount a couple of stand-alone DTC72MX's. Is it possible to obtain the rack mount kit (Zero cost J2070A option 1AC) without actually buying the DTC?
or
Does the part no J2070-65001 [Front Panel (Plastic) - Designed for Rack Mounting the DTC in a 19 inch EIA Rack Cabinet (Option 1AC)] include the racking rails etc.?

Racking kit for DTC 72. MX Racking kit to install DTC72MX in any HP rack. Includes rails, power cord, and Quartz Grey Rack Mount Front Panel.
