Top Command on HP3000

Is there any command under MPE that is similar to the TOP command under HP-UX?

Hello,

I do not know hpux, but it appears the TOP command shows details and averages for each cpu. GLANCE is the only utility I can think of that reports that type of information.

You could also try SOS/3000 from Lund (www.lund.com).

Eric and Paul have identified the top two products for analyzing performance on HP3000 systems. There are others such as Probe/3000, another third party product.

At HPWorld 2001 in Chicago, I gave a presentation showing how each works, strengths and weaknesses, and comparisons. The paper and presentation are available from Interex or me.
