Will different CPU speed create a problem to clustering?

I have two questions.

One is that my company has bought one HP Netserver LH3000 of CPU PIII600. Now, we will buy another HP Netserver LH3000 of CPU PIII733. So, will there be any problems if we cluster the two servers together?

The other is that our vendor advise us to use Wincas as a clustering software. I wonder if it works?

This is the wrong forum for Netserver questions. We deal with HP 9000 and HP 3000 systems from the hardware side. The HP9000 uses HP-UX as an Operating System and the HP3000 uses MPE for an Operating System.

I can only relate it to HP-UX clustering as that is what I have my experience in but if you have machines that are considerably slower in the same cluster the fastest one will always win the cluster locks and al other elections and this is not always the best thing. At least try and get similar machines in terms of speed if possible.
