3APR firmware upgrade
My clinet is not having HP support & he is expecting us to perform the firmware upgrade of 3APR V400.

Thank you for the documents. The docuemtns are for new hardware setuo & installation.
However i need to upgrade production 3par firmware , do we have ant document ?

To get new Firmware, is part of the Support Contract, the Firmware is not a Public Freeware.
If your Client have no Support Contract, he will not receive new Firmware.
If he have, he will get the Files and Support for Installing it.
If he get the new Firmware Files anywhere and put it on his System it is not legal and you should better not discuss it here.
