Re: 3PAR- 7200c disk issue
If the chunklet recovery fails, try to move the chunklet from PD17 to PD18 with the command:
movech 17:1106-18:1106
If you still face issue, you can try to force run the command 'movech -f 17:1106-18:1106'
The destination position (1106) of the chunklet may be different as well except any of the occupied positions.
Regards,
Srinivas Bhat

Re: 3PAR- 7200c disk issue
Hello @Dsinghp2002,
Make sure the LD 'log0.0' is not not mapped to any VVs
You can check that with the command 'showldmap log0.0'
Then run the command 'removeld media-fail.17.1106'

Srinivas Bhat

Re: 3PAR- 7200c disk issue
Hello @Dsinghp2002,
All out attempts to recover chunklet and remove chunklet didn't work.
The LD is not mapped to any volumes. So you can remove the LD.
Please run the command 'removeld log0.0'
To force remove, use the command 'removeld -f log0.0'
Regards,
Srinivas Bhat
