Hello @Dsinghp2002,

Good day!

Please try the below commands :

servicemag unmark 0 9
servicemag clearstatus 0 9
servicemag start -pdid 17

Note : We need to wait for servicemag start to Succeed before replacing the new drive.

Also please help me with the following output:

Showpd -i 17
showpd -s 17
Showpd -c 17

Showpdch -fail 17
showpdch 17

Thanks for update, we already perform suggested steps except disk replacement.

I still see the servicemag start -pdid 17 command failed

Please help me with the below commands output:

showpd -p -cg 0 -mg 9 -s

showpd -p -cg 0 -mg 9 -i

showpd -p -cg 0 -mg 9 -c

After which we can check the new drive.

we have fixed that issue after run below command on sequance. PFB,

Servicemag unmark 0 9

Servicemag clearstatus 0 9

Servicemag status ā€“d

Servicemag resume -pdid 17
