3PAR 7400с need additional licenses

My system:
HP 3PAR 7400c (4 nodes) 3.3.1.410 (MU2)+P32,P34,P36,P37,P39,P40,P41,P42,P45,P48 + UpgradeToolU018_QR482-11389
VSP 5.0.4.1-25874.

The system uses 96 physical disks.

I have the following licenses:

License features currently enabled:
3PAR OS Suite
Adaptive Flash Cache
Autonomic Rebalance
Thin Conversion
Thin Copy Reclamation
Thin Deduplication
Thin Persistence
Thin Provisioning (10240000G)
VSS Provider for Microsoft Windows

I need to expand 3PAR functionality:

1. Reporting software
2. Data optimization software

For the first I need to buy a license:

HP 3PAR 7400 reporting software suite LTU [BC795A] or HP 3PAR 7400 reporting software suite E-LTU [BC795AAE].

But there is a question what you need to buy for Data optimization functional?

Enough to buy a license HP 3PAR 7400 data optimization software suite V2 base LTU [BD270A] or HP 3PAR 7400 data optimization software suite V2 base E-LTU [BD270AAE] ?

Or do I need to additionally buy 96 licenses for each physical disk HP 3PAR 7400 data optimization software suite V2 drive LTU [BD271A] or HP 3PAR 7400 data optimization software suite V2 drive E-LTU [BD271AAE] ?

HP 3PAR StoreServ 7000 arrays require the user to purchase one Base LTU per array and one Drive License to Use (LTU) for every drive that is installed in the array, up to a cap.

A drive LTU does license the use of one drive. After reaching the cap, user does not need to purchase any additional Drive LTUs for that array.
The StoreServ 7200 disk LTU cap(s) is set at 48. Additional drives will not require additional license units.

The StoreServ 7400 disk LTU cap(s) is set at 168. Additional drives will not require additional license units.
