3PAR CLI setrcopygroup reverse -f -current -stopgroups -waittask fails

I am getting error while executing 3PAR CLI command "setrcopygroup reverse -f -current -stopgroups -waittask <rcg_name>". The  "showtask -d <taskid>"  shows failure in stopping RCG at target site.

This issue occurs intermitently but at high level it is impacting more critical things. 
Has anybody seen such issues ? Any information in this regard will help.

Have you looked at the remote side for any errors why it can't be stopped?

What HPE 3PAR OS version are you using?

Are there any logs we can check ? 
If we get system to this repro stage again, what should be check for debugging such issues ?

You could use "showeventlog -d -oneline" with a time range: -startt "2018-04-12 10:25:00" -endt "2018-04-12 10:27:00"

showeventlog can show old info.
