I don't see 3PAR forum in new  HP-SC portal.
Do you plan to create it soon?
For example, currently I search Inform OS V3.1.1 Release Notes, FCO order, etc...

My best guess would be http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Disk-Array/bd-p/itrc-195 for it, but you are right there is no 3PAR forum at the moment.

For general information you can look at http://www.hp.com/go/3par but for anything specific it would be the best to open a call.
