3PAR , I don't access SP by customer network
This is a new F400, but I don't access SP by customer network.
would you please help me?

Not much info to go on ... you can't connect to the webgui? Or via SSH?
What errors are you getting? When? How?
SSH seems to be active, so at least that should work (ssh cpmaint@<sp> or something similar)

The problem had been solved by adding a safety rule in SP firewall.
