3PAR License Error

Hello,

i´ve a problem with a 3PAR 7200. When i launch the command showlicense i get always the following error:

Eagle IPC transport error: EA_PROCESS_DOWN     -- Message canceled because of process down

Also in the IMC is displayed "no license".

I´ve restarted both Nodes.

Can anyone help me?

What version of the OS do you have?

I've seen this happen when nodesvr aborts because when you pasted the license, you left off some lines at the end.

If you use "showlicense -raw" you can compare it with your original license.

I ´ve opened a ticket at the HP Support which launched some commands with the user "root".

Then he has killed some process and restarted them. After the restart of this process i was able to see the license.
