The Quorum witness download would be available once you have placed an order as mentioned in the user guides.

HP Guided Troubleshooting Solving issues

Subject:Node: 0 SysId: 30969 Quorum server unreachable (Major,evt_q)

I am getting error "Quorum server unreachable (Major)" in 3par , all looks good Network, Quorum server,3PAR.

I checked with HP support as per them "these error are known issues with 3PAR Node 7400 and it will most likely fixed/improved in a future release of Firmware"

Let's hope for the best, but alerts are very irritating !!!
