Fix the Missing A loop  problem first, then run "upgrade cage0".

Hope this helps!

Hello @Dalbir_Singh16,

Please check if all the connections to/from Cage0 are in place, symmetric and ports are fine. That will help you to fix the 'missing loop' issue. After that run 'upgrade cage0'

Re: Query: 3PAR StoreServ 7000 Storage - Drive Cage Degraded

Hello @Dalbir_Singh16,

Identify the port NSP to which the cage0 is connected. Run the 'showport' command. You can also check the port details in SSMC GUI (Main menu -> ports). If the status of those ports is not healthy, please fix the port first.

Missing loop indicates the cage's connection with a node pair is not healthy. Something is wrong with one of the ports or cables.
