3PAR vmware plug-in login error

We have installed the 3PAR vmware plug-in but when we try to connect to the storage we get the following error

Storage System Error. Update Storage System credential failed.
Incorrect Storage System connection is specified.

Is not a user error since we have checked it twice and test different "super" users

Does anyone kknow how to fix it ?

Did this ever get resolved. I am having the same issue when installing the plug-in.

It get's to the point in the install where you need to provide credentials and I have tried my credentials which have full admin access as well as the service account we use and the local root account and none of the credentials will work.
