3PAR7200 firmware upgrade
Good day
SP version 5.0.6
3par version: 322 mu4 + all patches
I staged 322 mu6 but when i want to run pre-checks to install it says "You do not have the authority to perform the update. Contact HPE support for assistance"
I do understand but this array is out of support. Im using SP admin user.
Any help will be apprciated

Hello,
I have the same problem
I have upgarded sp to 5.8
I need to upgrade from 3.2.2 mu6 to 3.3..1 MU2
when I try to upgrade firmware I receive the same error
I have tried with the hpepartner user without success
