Hi,
We have inherited and HPE 3Par that we are now trying to sort out.
The Service Processor records an error when we try to run insplore:-
The screen has red horizontal lines, and says:-
Insplore - dbnxxxxxx
Insplore launched for : dbnxxxxxx
There is a button which says "Kill this insplore"
What could give rise this situation?
Additionally when I log in to the cli and run a command such as checkhealth. Checkheatlh runs, but I get errors on certain components. An example is provided below:-
Checking cabling
Could not check cabling: Error: The cache server is waiting for the system manager to finish reporting the system configuration and status. Please try again later.
Checking cage
Could not check cage: Error: The cache server is waiting for the system manager to finish reporting the system configuration and status. Please try again later.
What could give rise to this situation.
The systems is running - 3PAR(R) InForm(tm) OS 3.2.2.612 1685025-2
Any advice would be appreciated.
