3par 7400 showeeprom result code 257 (Uncorrectable Error in Data Cache Memory)

Dear All 3par expert

after executing showeeprom command, I saw the error message on one of our nodes :

Code 257 (Uncorrectable Error in Data Cache Memory) - Subcode 0x4577bcb0 (0) 

this message is the repeat every 2 minutes.

what its mean and how to resolve it

It means you need to call Support to replace that DIMM.
