3par 8200 Managment IP not pingable

I have an issue with a 3par 8200 storage , I can not connect to the storage via its IP ,

I tryied to connect point to point to one controller MGMT port but not pingable also,

I am sure now that no issue from the network side and the issue might be related to the managment IP ,

the two controller cluster (cluster Managenet IP ) is not pingable

also the Service processor virtual machine is not working ,it is corrupted .

My question : Is thier a way to connect to the storage system  in console cable ? which port to connect to ?
how to troubleshoot or reset the managent ip to be able to reconnect to the storage system
would I need to restart a service ?
By the way I do not have support for this storage

The Network Ports do a Failover.

So remove LAN from Node 0, wait 5 min.
If not OK, add LAN at Node 0, remove LAN at Node 1, wait 5min.

If both no help, connect to the Node with Serial Cable.
It is a RJ-45 Connector labeled "Mfg", see here Document - HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000 Storage - Identifying Components | HPE Support.

The RJ-45 to Serial Adapter was included in the System accessories Box.

what after connecting to the MFG port on controller 0 , how to troubleshoot the issue , how to reconfigure the cluster IP if I need .
