I have a question about physical copy.
I started a creategroupvvcopy task for five VV on V800, but they didn't run at the same time.
would you give me some advice .
>>> OS: 3.1.2 MU2 <<<<
cli% creategroupvvcopy -pri med -p TACTDB.VV.0:TACTDB.Clone.VV.0 TACTDB.VV.1:TACTDB.Clone.VV.1 TACTDB.VV.2:TACTDB.Clone.VV.2 TACTDB.VV.3:TACTDB.Clone.VV.3 TACTDB.VV.4:TACTDB.Clone.VV.4
P.S. This thread has been moved from Disk Array to Storage Area Networks (SAN) (Enterprise).

I'm not sure what your question is? The fact they don't have equal progress?

SolutionI though that they should be executed at the same time.
Now I see.
Expert give some explain about this question.
>>>> >>>>>>
The creategroupvvcopy command can be issued multiple times.
However, the HP 3PAR Storage System allows only two active physical copy tasks to run concurrently.
Any additional physical copy tasks are queued.
That’s the reason they won’t start at the same time.

Re: About physical copy question (creategroupvvcopy)
>I thought that they should be executed at the same time.
It doesn't matter if they execute at the same time.
As long as they logically have a consistent copy based on the same time.
