CIM server returns no TPD_DynamicStoragePool instances (3PAR StoreServ 7450)

We have a problem with 3PAR StoreServ 7450 CIM server. Enumerating CIM_StoragePool instances returns only two entries (primordial pool and concrete pool) and no TPD_DynamicStoragePool instances at all. TPD_DynamicStoragePool class is a CIM representation of CPGs, so we are not able get the list of CPGs from CIM interface.

CPGs are configured correctly. 'showcpg' command returns 4 entries.

Here is the output of showcim command:

Restarting CIM server has no effect. Is it any way to troubleshoot this?

I asked a colleague about your problem and he had some ideas:

1. User was making a CIM request using a domain user credential to enumerate the CPGs that belong to other domains.

2. User was making a CIM request using a LDAP user. CIM actually does not support LDAP user, only local user, due to some bugs. This fact is stated in HP 3PAR CIM API Programming Reference
