Cage2 degraded. Interface card 0 failed
have a cage in degraded state. It is something to do with the interface card. Is this an hardware failure? How do I replace this?
Error is Interface card 0 failed. (Interface Card firmware Unknown {0x0} )
All the disks in the cage are normal. Please see the attachments.
Thank you.

Re: Cage2 degraded. Interface card 0 failed
Have you tried running a healthcheck to see for further errors?
From the screenshot above, I think you might need to refresh the cage's firmware. As all other values look good.
I would try to upgrade the firmware: upgradecage cage2

Re: Cage2 degraded. Interface card 0 failed
I woudl agree with Dardan, I have seen this before and as you have highlighted is most likely related to cage FW.

Re: Cage2 degraded. Interface card 0 failed
The firmware revisions are different on cage 2
upgradecage cage2 or upgradecage -a
If that does fail, then you may need to log a cage with HPE support with the cage logs.
