Event ID 51 0n windows server for 3PAR VV

There is a thin provisioned VV of 10 TB to windows 2008 server. VV is provisioned from NL-R5 CPG, which is 99% allocated. However, volume at server experiences an error.

Description-

"An error was detected on device \device\HardDisk7\DR7 during a paging operation."

Kindly note windows team has made a drive of 17 tb on its server, and also there was drive failure in 3PAR few days back. I am suspecting, whether data rebuild occured correctly on 3par or not.

Can you be more speficic, is the server seeing this VV ? and can you be more clear on the 17TB too.
