Failover not working for vmware volumes when primary 3par is is turned off

Hello,

Automatic Transparent Failover is tested successfully between the two 3par 8200 storage systems for different volumes in the remote copy group. Failback also worked. The connected vmware environment does not even blink.

The issue is that When I power off the primary 3par, it takes alot of time for failover and moreover the vmware datastores connections paths get loss.

"Power Off" means you pull the Power Cable or Shut Down the System?

On gracefull Shutdown there is no Failover.

Is your Quorum VM working?

SSMC > Remote Copy Config > Targets: QW Status = Startet

And in RC Groups is "Auto Failover" anabled?
