HP 3PAR F200 LDAP Configuration

I am trying to get the 3PAR connected to the AD environment.  The OS is 3.1.2 and running Inform console 4.3.I am doing a simple bind but it says the authentication denied: incorrect pasword or invalid DN to bind to. THe DN is correct. I am doing this via the console not the command line. Not quite sure what else to check. I got the DNs from running the LDP tool. Is there something else that needs to be configured?
