HP 3PAR Remote Copy

Hi All,

I got a question for the HP 3PAR Remote Copy, if let say I had configured the remote copy as Asynchronous Periodic Mode with 5 minute interval, when we plan to shut down the primary 3PAR and we do not perform a "syncrcopy" and the 5 minute intervalnot yet reach, do the primary 3PAR will auto perform a resycn to the DR 3PAR before it completely shut down?

I seriously doubt it.  When you do a shutdownsys, that's all it does.  And won't have time to send data.

Then I think  manually resync will be the only way to resync the data before shutting down the primary storage.
