InformOS 3.3.1 MU3 - Acknowledge "Service Alerts"

Hi there,

we have some service alerts on our 3par system that can not be acknowledged or marked as fixed:

I looked at the cli-command removealert but the alerts still remain.

Has anyone the same issue?

Service Alerts, on a 3PAR, and therefore also within SSMC, by design, cannot be acknowledged.

The feature of showing them in SSMC were introduced in SSMC-version 3.1.

This feature can be disabled via the following setting:

"Settings", "Preferences", set "Display system activities" to "No"
