Is it possible to convert from a virtual SP to a physical SP?

A few year ago, our 3PAR 7400 storage array was setup with a virtual SP. Since then we received a physical SP server to replace the virtual SP, but don't see a process for doing that, is this supported?

Are there any risks / problems with migrating from a virtual SP to a physical SP on a already running production storage array?

That's no Problem.

Power Down the Virtual and Setup the new Physical.

In the GUI Setup select the Option: Replace exisiting SP

If you want to take over alle the "Notifications Setup" and so, you have to Call HPE for assistance.
