Can anyone help us to understand the detail regarding Issue (ID: 111479) just fixed in OS 3.2.1 MU1 ? 

What is the original problem and what has been fixed ? Due to we need to respond to customer very soon, so please help on this asap, thank you !

Issue Id: 111479

Item: The controlport rcip  ping can not prevent administrative access.

Description: Using controlport rcip ping on an IP address prevents that IP address from being able to acccess the admin IP address of the system. This is addressed.

The words imply that after "controlport rcip ping" the IP address in question won't be able to use the CLI, cim, WSAPI or IMC.
