Looking to into service times on a 3par

I too was looking to into service times on a 3par. i was told average was about 15ms, but can't seem to find anywhere that says. So if i have a volume that spikes at over 30 ms for maybe a few seconds and then goes down, would you say thats ok? As we have a customer who says they are seeing a performance issue, and I want to prove its not the 3par and maybe something else?
